• Rain or Shine: Cruises operate in rain and normal Miami weather conditions. Severe thunderstorms, lightning, hurricanes, high winds, or other unsafe marine conditions may require a departure to be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.
• Weather Cancellations: If we cancel your cruise because conditions are unsafe to operate, you may reschedule for another available departure or receive a full refund.
• Missed Departure: If you miss your scheduled cruise, we’ll move you to the next available departure at no additional charge, subject to availability. Missed departures are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Requests to change your scheduled departure within 48 hours are subject to availability.
• No Assigned Seating: Your ticket does not reserve a specific seat. Seating is first-come, first-served. Arriving early gives you the best choice of available seating.
• Traffic & Parking: Allow extra time for Miami traffic and parking at Bayside Marketplace. We are not responsible for late arrivals caused by traffic, parking delays, or difficulty finding a parking space.

• Daytime Skyline Cruises: Regular sightseeing departures operate throughout the day.
• Summer: Miami Skyline Cruise daytime departures generally operate through 6:00 PM, followed by sunset sailings around 6:30 PM, 7:00 PM, and 7:30 PM.
• Summer Nights: An 8:00 PM night cruise is available on select summer evenings.
• Winter: Regular Skyline Cruise departures generally transition around 4:30 PM–5:30 PM as the sun begins setting earlier.
• Winter Evenings: Later departures transition into sunset and night cruises according to the sunset time for that date.

The Boat & Onboard Experience

The boats used for Miami Skyline Cruises are double-decker sightseeing vessels designed for comfortable sightseeing on Biscayne Bay. Every vessel is U.S. Coast Guard certified and equipped for passenger service.

• Double-Deck Vessel: Approximately 60 feet long and 22 feet wide, with capacity for up to 120 passengers.
• Open-Air Upper Deck: Enjoy unobstructed views from the open-air upper level.
• Air-Conditioned Lower Deck: An enclosed, air-conditioned lower level provides a comfortable option away from the heat.
• Two Restrooms Onboard: Every boat has two restrooms available during the cruise.
• Mojito Bar: Mojitos, cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks are available for purchase onboard.
• Music Onboard: Background music plays throughout the sightseeing experience.
• General Admission Seating: Seating is first-come, first-served throughout the vessel.

Miami Skyline Cruises depart from Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. The waterfront check-in and boarding area is located behind Victoria’s Secret.

• Arrive 30 Minutes Early: Check in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.
• Boarding: Boarding generally begins approximately 15 minutes before departure.
• Mobile Confirmation: Your reservation confirmation can be shown directly from your phone.
• Boarding Pass: Check in before boarding to receive your boarding pass.
• Three Kiosks at Bayside: Our team is available at three convenient locations throughout Bayside Marketplace if you need assistance.
• Main Entrance Kiosk: Find us near the flags at the main entrance to Bayside Marketplace.
• Great Gate Kiosk: We’re also located under the large Bayside sign, on the right-hand side.
• Northeast Kiosk: Our third kiosk is in the northeast corner of Bayside Marketplace, approximately 50 feet from the waterfront check-in window.
• Stay Close After Check-In: Once you have your boarding pass, remain near the boarding area so you’re ready when your cruise begins boarding.

Children, Strollers, Pets & Accessibility

Skyline cruises in Miami welcome families, couples, groups, and solo travelers. Children, infants, and well-trained pets are also welcome aboard our sightseeing boats. Before your Miami boat cruise, please review these passenger and accessibility guidelines.

• Children & Infants: Guests of all ages are welcome. Children 3 years and under cruise free with an infant ticket. Infants must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Strollers: Strollers are welcome aboard but must be folded and stored during the cruise to keep passenger areas and walkways clear. Our crew will help fold and safely store your stroller before departure.
• Well-Trained Pets: Small, well-trained pets are welcome aboard. Pets must remain under their owner's control and should be on a leash or in a carrier when appropriate.
• No Exotic Animals: Exotic animals, reptiles, wildlife, and other non-domesticated animals are not permitted aboard the vessel.
• Manual Wheelchairs: Guests using manual wheelchairs are welcome. Boarding conditions can vary depending on the vessel, tide, and boarding ramp. Our crew will assist whenever possible.
• Outside Drinks: You may bring one outside drink per person in a non-glass container.
• No Glass: Glass bottles, cups, and containers are not permitted aboard any sightseeing cruise.
• No Coolers: Coolers are not permitted aboard the shared passenger vessel.
• Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere onboard.

How much are tickets?

Regular tickets are $24.99 for adults and $21.99 for children ages 4–12. Children 3 and under cruise free with an infant ticket.

Select Early Bird departures start at $17.99 for adults and $15.99 for children.

What will I see on the Miami Skyline Boat Tour?

Is the sightseeing cruise narrated?

Yes. Live sightseeing narration is provided in English and Spanish, sharing stories and information about Miami's history, skyline architecture, islands, waterfront, and celebrity homes.

Is it better during the day, sunset, or at night?

Each offers a different view of Miami. Daytime reveals more architectural detail. Golden hour and sunset bring changing colors and reflections across Biscayne Bay. At night, Downtown and Brickell become an illuminated skyline.
